What is Cognitive Hypnotherapy?

Let’s start with what it is not. It is not a one size fits all kind of therapy. 

With Cognitive Hypnotherapy we work using your model of the world, your thoughts, feelings, actions and words are utilised to write a personalised session for you to give you the change that you wish for yourself.

We use the natural state of relaxation that you will have already experienced in your everyday life. For example maybe when driving or walking from A to B you often wonder how you got to B but don’t remember the route yet you were still in full control the whole way.  That is your subconscious taking over and keeping you safe. Your session will be pretty much the same, you will be in full control as I guide your subconscious gently to a new way of keeping you safe when you need that extra bit of help.

How can Cognitive Hypnotherapy Help Me?

Whilst your subconscious has been busy keeping you safe it often gets caught up in keeping you too safe. So things like anxiety and a fear take over and stop you from taking action and doing what you really want to do.
